Scheduling Appointments
- A client can choose a 1-hour schedule and book an appointment through our Contact Us page.

Should you wish to reschedule, you may change your appointment schedule
24 HOURS in advance.
Cancelling Appointments
- Should you wish to cancel a booked appointment, you may cancel your appointment schedule 24 HOURS in advance.
- There is a 5% processing fee for cancellations.
- Cancellation and refund are voided if requested after the 24-hour period.
- For packages (silver and gold) where recurring sessions have been booked and paid for, a client can request for cancellation and refund AFTER the (first) Foundation Session.
Refund Requests
- A refund can only be processed AFTER the Foundation Session given that it was cancelled 24 HOURS in advance.
- The refund excludes a 5% processing fee.
- There will be no refund for cancelled appointments requested after the 24-hour period.
- Unused sessions may be gifted to a friend or family member presuming the coach deems that person is suitable for coaching.
- Sessions can also be saved for up to 12 months from the starting date of the Coaching Agreement.
- For packages (silver and gold) where recurring sessions have been booked and paid for, a client can request for cancellation and refund AFTER the (first) Foundation Session. Note that the refund will exclude the payment for the Foundation Session.
