Workshops & Retreats
We hold scheduled breathwork workshops and retreats in Marbella, Spain and Dubai, UAE. These workshops are more intense and do thorough, transformational work to help you understand more deeply where you are and what you need to work on. We blend the practice of Kundalini Yoga into our coaching programs. The experience is different for each person, depending on where you are in life and your personal journey. You can have an intense, eye-opening (and mind-opening) experience when you surrender to the path.
Our workshops and retreats are also an opportunity for you to test the practice and decide whether you’re interested in joining our coaching programs and nutrition program.
Be Part of the Community
After the workshops, we often have some socialization with refreshments to get to know each other and to reflect and share our experiences. Some workshops include commitments to work on a focus area using the Kundalini Yoga tools you can take home and perform on your own.
Our holistic wellness community does not cease to exist after a class or workshop. It has no boundaries. So, take advantage of these retreats and workshops where you will find your community.
